Neck and chest girth determine your size. Back length is a helpful reference but isn't used to determine sizing. This isn't limited to puppies — if you have an adult dog or rescue whose size falls outside this range, or a puppy who's already grown larger than expected, email us after checkout before production and we'll arrange the right fit.

ID Tag *

Color reference only. We'll engrave your pup's name and phone number once you personalize your kit — if anything's still uncertain at checkout, email us and we'll confirm the details before production.

Before you personalize your kit.

What size dog is the starter harness intended for?

Our starter harness comes in three sizes. XXXS fits neck 5.9–9.4in / chest 9.1–12.6in, roughly 1–4 lbs. XXS fits neck 9.4–12.2in / chest 12.6–16.1in, roughly 4–7 lbs. XS fits neck 12.2–16.1in / chest 16.1–19.7in, roughly 7–15 lbs. If your pup measures between two sizes, we'd suggest sizing up — they'll grow into it. This isn't limited to puppies — if you have an adult dog or a rescue whose size falls outside this range, or a puppy who's already grown larger than expected, just email us after checkout before production and we'll arrange the right fit.

Is the play ball safe for my puppy?

Use it under supervision, the same as any dog toy. Check it regularly for wear, and remove and replace it if it becomes torn, cracked, or starts to come apart — small chewed-off pieces can be a choking or swallowing hazard. If your dog swallows part of a toy or shows sudden vomiting, gagging, or distress, contact your veterinarian promptly.

Can I choose the ID tag size and color?

Yes. Choose a small or large tag, in silver, black, or gold, when you personalize your kit.

What if I make a typo in the name or date?

Please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we can update the personalization details.

Is this only for puppies?

No. It's designed around first days home, so it also works for newly adopted dogs. If your dog's size falls outside our harness range, email us before checkout and we'll help you figure out the right fit.

What if my dog is already home?

Absolutely fine. The kit isn't tied to the day it physically arrives at your door — it's designed to mark the day your life together began. Whether your dog is coming home next week, came home last month, or joined your family years ago, you can personalize the keepsakes with the date that matters to you.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. The kit is gift-ready and can be shipped directly to the recipient using their delivery address at checkout.
