Processing Time
Physical Pawova orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days before shipment. Some products include personalization or custom preparation, including laser engraving on the ID tag and photo frame, which is completed individually for each order.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are fulfilled from China and shipped to customers in the contiguous United States (48 states).
If your personalization details are incomplete or unclear at checkout, or if we need to confirm something with you before production, this may extend the standard processing time.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated delivery to addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states) is typically 10–15 business days after the order has been prepared and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual timing may vary based on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, weather, holidays, and seasonal demand.
Pawova is not responsible for delays outside our direct control, but we will do our best to support customers when order or delivery issues arise.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require physical shipping. After purchase, access is delivered digitally through your order confirmation or download access system.
