Pawova is an independent pet lifestyle brand based in China. We offer physical pet products, digital guides, and educational resources for pet parents, primarily serving customers in the United States.

2. Product Information

We do our best to present products and descriptions accurately. However, colors may vary between screens, packaging may change slightly over time, and availability may change without notice.

3. Digital Products

Pawova digital products are intended for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, publicly share, upload, or republish our digital materials without permission.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Physical orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery to addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states) is typically 10–15 business days after preparation and shipment.

Some Pawova products include personalization or custom preparation, which may require additional time if customer-provided details are incomplete or need confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or high seasonal demand.

Pawova is not responsible for delays outside our direct control.

Pawova content is educational in nature. Our products, articles, and digital guides do not replace veterinary care, medical treatment, individualized behavioral consultation, or emergency services.

Some items included with our products, such as the play ball, are small enough to present a choking or swallowing hazard if used without supervision or if damaged through chewing. Products should be used under adult supervision and inspected regularly; Pawova is not responsible for injury resulting from unsupervised or improper use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pawova is not liable for injuries, behavioral outcomes, misuse of products, or decisions made based on educational content.
