Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Because some Pawova items are personalized or custom-prepared, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for products made using customer-provided names, dates, phone numbers, sizing selections, or other personalization details.

For an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue. If a physical return is required because of our error, Pawova will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

If a non-personalized item is involved and you have another concern, email support@pawova.co within 14 days of delivery. Any exception outside the policy above is reviewed case by case and is not guaranteed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, Pawova will issue it to the original payment method. We will confirm by email when the refund has been submitted. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are non-refundable once the download or digital access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, contact us at support@pawova.co. We will first try to restore access. If we are unable to provide the purchased file or access, we will review the order for an appropriate remedy.

Personalization Details

Please review names, dates, phone numbers, and frame text carefully before submitting your order. We prepare personalized items based on the information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We can only make changes if production has not started.
